Where do your sofas come from?
Our brand-new sofas are our own range: Alto, Nimbus, Stratus, Haven, Celeste, King Cloud and Cumulus. Our pre-loved sofas come from three places: Perth customers who sell their sofa to us, returns and liquidation stock from major brands, and trade-ins. You'll see names like Nick Scali, King Living, Harvey Norman, Freedom, Furniture Gallery and Amart.
How do you clean and restore pre-loved sofas?
Every pre-loved sofa gets 15+ hours of cleaning and restoration before it goes on sale. That includes a professional clean, detailing and a final check.
What's the difference between brand-new and pre-loved?
Brand-new sofas are from our own range and you can buy them online through checkout. Pre-loved sofas are one-off pieces that have been professionally cleaned and restored, at up to 70% off the original retail price. To buy a pre-loved sofa, just message us and we'll take it from there.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Delivery is free across Perth Metro and Peel, from Yanchep to Mandurah. Outside that area, delivery is $1 per kilometre.
How fast can you deliver?
Same-day delivery is often available. There's no fixed cut-off time because it depends on our schedule that day, so send us a message and we'll let you know.
How do trade-ins work?
Send us a few photos of your current sofa on WhatsApp and we'll usually reply the same day. A trade-in can be worth up to $1,000, but we only confirm the final value once we've inspected the sofa. Trade-in credit goes towards a brand-new sofa only. If your sofa has no trade-in value, we can still take it away for a fee.
Can I see a sofa before I buy it?
Yes. Come in to our Jandakot showroom and try it in person. Can't make it in? Ask us on WhatsApp for a video tour of any sofa.

What's your returns policy?
We want you to love your sofa. Brand-new sofas are covered by the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, so if there's a major fault you're entitled to a refund or replacement, and for other problems we'll repair or replace it. Change-of-mind returns are looked at case by case, so if something's not right, just message us and we'll do our best to sort it out. Pre-loved sofas are one-off second-hand pieces, so we recommend seeing them in person or asking for a video tour before you buy. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply where relevant. What payment methods do you accept?
Brand-new sofas can be paid by card through our online checkout. We also accept bank transfer, cash, and card in our Jandakot showroom.
